Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF or GCSF), also known as colony-stimulating factor 3 (CSF 3), is a glycoprotein that stimulates the bone marrow to produce granulocytes and stem cells and release them into the bloodstream.
Gelsolin, a Ca21-regulated actin filament severing, capping, and nucleating protein, is an ubiquitous, multifunctional regulator of cell structure and metabolism. More recent data show that gelsolin can act as a transcriptional cofactor in signal transduction and its own expression and function can be influenced by epigenetic changes.

Injured tissues secrete the interleukin 1 receptor protein, the beginning of the destructive inflammation cycle. Many companies have addressed this problem of inflammation only to find, they treat the inflammation, but fail to address the cause of the injury. Enter GOLDIC Next Generation Regeneration into the veterinary market.
Healthy tissues and injured tissues are comprised of differentiated stem cells. GOLDIC, once injected into the patient’s injury not only reduces inflammation, it also stimulates the differentiated stem cells of injured tissues to regenerate into healthy tissue over a period of weeks and months.
