How Does GOLDIC Stimulates Regeneration?

GOLDIC stimulates blood ”safely” outside the body to upregule Proteins

These blood Proteins are upregulated by 10 to 1000 times and at the site of injection, stimulate:

  1. Stem Cell Production
  2. Specific Cell Production
  3. Proteins that bind Actin (ACTIN disrupts & prevents all regeneration)

HERE ARE A FEW OF THE PROTEINS AND THEIR FUNCTIONS

Granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF or GCSF), also known as colony-stimulating factor 3 (CSF 3), is a glycoprotein that stimulates the bone marrow to produce granulocytes and stem cells and release them into the bloodstream.[5][6]

Gelsolin, a Ca21-regulated actin filament severing, capping, and nucleating protein, is an ubiquitous, multifunctional regulator of cell structure and metabolism. More recent data show that gelsolin can act as a transcriptional cofactor in signal transduction and its own expression and function can be influenced by epigenetic changes.

Non-Invasive Veterinary Treatment

horseyMuch like humans, animals can be accustomed to suffering from similar types of pain. At Arthrogen, our clinically studied and well-established procedure known as GOLDIC is here to help. With GOLDIC, there are 5 key modes of action: anti-inflammatory, pain reduction, chondroprotective, regenerative and reparative.

This well-established methodology has shown to be an effective way of activating stem cell regeneration at the site. There are many types of pain related indicators that can certainly appear among animals which GOLDIC would be perfect to treat, including:

  • Chondromalacia / Osteoarthritis
  • Sesamoidosis
  • Pain
  • Ligaments
  • Spine Disc
  • Wound Healing
  • Equine Lameness (SI joint, coffin joint, fetlock Joint, hock, pain, suspensory ligaments
  • Dog: Degenerative Myelopathy
  • Dog and Cat

  • Tendinosis / Tendinitis
  • Bursitis
  • Cartilage
  • Tendons
  • Spine Disorders
  • Dermatitis

Hollywood has had his front two coffin joints injected with GOLDIC.

“Many thought and some advertise, that stem cells alone are able to make new cartilage and cure arthritis. However, Professor Arnold Caplan, senior scientist and the father of the mesenchymal stem cells (MSC), who popularized the theory that bone marrow stem cells are the precursors to all tissues, now points to a new understanding of how stem cells work.” (Stone, 2015)

Stem cells alone cannot regenerate Injured tissues.

Stem cells supply the necessary substances to regenerate injured tissues, if and only if healthy cells of the targeted tissues are up-regulated also.

When an injury occurs (Stifle, Hock, Suspensory Ligaments, Tendons, or Muscle), the cells of the Injured tissue are broken apart like shards of glass. Ninety percent of the cell’s cytoskeleton, or structures, is made out of a protein called, ACTIN. Damaged tissues release the fragments of ACTIN into the injury site and causes inflammation.

Harvard’s Brigham and Women’s Hospital study indicates that the up-regulation of the blood protein, Gelsolin, will bind together ACTIN fragments to build new healthy tissue.**

    Why GOLDIC

Injured tissues secrete the interleukin 1 receptor protein, the beginning of the destructive inflammation cycle. Many companies have addressed this problem of inflammation only to find, they treat the inflammation, but fail to address the cause of the injury. Enter GOLDIC Next Generation Regeneration into the veterinary market.

Healthy tissues and injured tissues are comprised of differentiated stem cells. GOLDIC, once injected into the patient’s injury not only reduces inflammation, it also stimulates the differentiated stem cells of injured tissues to regenerate into healthy tissue over a period of weeks and months. This is unlike undifferentiated bone marrow or adipose fat stem cell therapies which add PRP (platelet rich plasma), hyaluronic acid, and/or laser stimulation, attempting to produce differentiated stem cells. These therapies whether alone or in combination actually create a weak repair tissue.

The interleukin 1 receptor protein is released during the inflammatory process of injury. The IRAP (Orthokine) therapy develops an antagonist that blocks inflammation. The injury itself is not treated. GOLDIC Next Generation Regeneration, not only treats the inflammation, but regenerates the cause of the injury. GOLDIC is the only STAND ALONE regeneration therapy on the market!

    What is GOLDIC

GOLDIC induces defined cytokine production, namely, gelsolin. Gelsolin, one of 66,000 proteins in autologous blood, is a powerful activator, inducing regeneration of original host tissue. GOLDIC up-regulates gelsolin 10 –12 times in the blood. In the GOLDIC procedure, the patient’s blood is incubated for 24 hours with special patented gold particles, subsequently centrifuged and filtered, resulting in a gold and cell-free serum that is injected into the animal’s injury. A total of four injections are given over a period of approximately 2-3 weeks. The procedure is well tolerated and is a side-effect free therapy.
